“ Cheesecake Factory always delivers on flavor and portions! The Chicken Madeira was delicious and the cheesecake was pure bliss. Portions are huge—definitely come hungry! Service was a bit slower at this location, but the staff was friendly and attentive once they got to us. Still totally worth it for the amazing food. ”
“ I thought the food was really good. The atmosphere was great, but the price of the food was more like $15-$25 a person. There was plenty of parking. We hardly waited at all to get a seat, like five minutes. After we were done eating, I did get a piece of cheesecake to take home with me and it was really good. ”
“ Indoor and Outdoor seating (with heaters) Service is Top and caters to customer needs and requests. We had Alexis and he was on top of our food and drinks order. Not forgetting even the littlest of things in our vegetarian and no meat order. He even remembered and brought us the hot Cajun jambalaya sauce for us to taste. He is a rockstar. This location lives up to the hype of being in the prime location of Union Square, SFO and also of their impeccable service. Outside seating view is amazing day or night. We came for dessert to go the night before and for early dinner the next day before we headed back home. Can't go wrong with their vast spread menu for the conscious and not so conscious folks. There's a sweet spot for everyone in here. Drinks, Food and Good Times. And we had the Mango Key Lime Cheesecake to say au revoir. ”
“ It's a cheese cake factory. Their menu is extensive but that causes the quality to be spread across many different items, so not the best. I had the fettuccine alfredo with chicken for 30 bucks. And my brother had an old fashion that was mid and was 18 bucks. If you want to be fake boujie this is the spot for yah. As far as the atmosphere, we were outside and it had a great view of union square. Pro tip: go outside for sunset. Although our spot had a heater that was out. And of course the cheese cake was wildly good. They got that down. Here are all the fancy pictures we got. ”
“ I have been here a couple times for my birthday during their peak hours which is dinner time. I think reservations are a must since the waits can take awhile, but that does not matter to me since I have high patience. While you wait you can check out Macys or surrounding stores since they give you a buzzer and it lights up and vibrate when your table is ready for you. I usually choose the outside tables where I can see the beautiful buildings and get a great glance of union square. Their fresh variety of breads are a great way to start off the visit. Their menu is pretty compact, but filled with delicious options. And to finish it up it’s only right to get one of their many amazing cheescakes. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to dine with views or if your just in the area. Definitely will be back when I’m in the area! ”
“ I've been eating here for almost eight years. Every time I come I try a different dish. One of my favorites is the spicy rigatoni vodka pasta, Of course the cheesecakes are delicious, they always have a new one to try. It's a place where you may have to wait a little depending on the time you go since it's a very busy place, but don't be afraid, there's enough space for everyone. The restaurant is big and they work hard to accommodate people at their tables as quickly as possible. It has beautiful views of Union Square and on a sunny day you can enjoy outside a nice drink, good food, and good company. I've seen many happy faces having a good time!!! It's a good place to eat and enjoy. ”
“ The view was the ONLY best part about this location. I ordered two dishes that they did not have the ingredients for. Finally, I ordered a dish that they had the ingredients for, and I had more tomatoes than meat, noodles was overcooked. My wife dish was very dry, and the egg roll sampler was pretty good. Also, that whole elevator situation needs to get resolved as people are trying to over due it just to get there. ”
